Shipping & delivery
Most Remarque artwork and printed objects are made to order. This page explains what happens between choosing a piece and its arrival.
Production before shipment
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before an item enters transit. Specialty materials and finishes can require additional time. If a product page gives a different production estimate, that product-specific estimate applies.
Shipping estimates and cost
Available shipping methods, costs and the best current delivery estimate are shown at checkout after you enter the delivery address. Transit time begins after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier conditions can change.
Tracking and separate packages
Tracking information is sent when it becomes available. Remarque works with specialist production partners for different materials and formats, so items in the same order may be produced in different locations, ship separately and arrive on different days.
Address changes and returned packages
Please check the shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs to change. Once an item enters production or ships, an address change might not be possible. If a package is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect, a new production or shipping charge may apply.
International orders
International availability varies by product and destination. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by the destination country.
Delays, loss or damage
If tracking has stalled, an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, or a package arrives damaged, contact Remarque with the order number. For damage or production issues, please include clear photos of the item and packaging and report the problem within 30 days of delivery.
Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges. Delivery instructions are provided after purchase.
